Your tasks

You'll coordinate multiple squad leads and work closely with the client's programme leads. Coaching the internal change team is a key part of the role, alongside strengthening delivery plans and helping senior stakeholders turn process improvements into measurable business benefits.

Requirements

A track record of leading comparable transformation or process improvement programmes in financial services.
Hands-on delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management and experience coaching change teams.
Savings or building society experience would be particularly useful, as would experience converting time savings into realised FTE or financial benefits.
