Freight Forwarding Specialist (m/f)

You are responsible for the transport organization and processing for imports and exports via truck, air, and sea freight. To this end, you prepare electronic customs declarations, manage export documents, and clarify customs and tax-related matters. Furthermore, you independently handle customer inquiries regarding availability, delivery dates, etc., and process spare part orders from customers from the creation of the offer to the billing within our ERP system Abacus.

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial vocational training or technical vocational training with commercial further training
• Further training as Speditionskaufmann/-frau
• Experience in the field of forwarding/transportation to foreign countries
• Very good language skills in English, both written and spoken
• User knowledge in ERP systems, ideally with Abacus
• Ability to work in a team and customer orientation
• High willingness to provide service, flexibility, and resilience
