NPI Operator

Responsibilities: Perform assembly, inspection, cleaning, loading, unloading, and other manufacturing processes according to engineering instructions and work procedures. Support engineering trials, pilot builds, and new product introduction (NPI) activities. Operate production equipment and handle components according to process and quality requirements. Report abnormalities, defects, equipment issues, and process deviations to engineers or supervisors. Comply to all workplace safety and health instructions. Maintain the cleanliness of the work area. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time. Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, SPM, or equivalent qualification. Positive working attitude and willingness to learn. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities. Experience in manufacturing, precision assembly, or optics-related industries is an advantage.
