Your Tasks
- Coordination and maintenance of order and customer data
- Order processing and assistance with the review of offers and contracts
- Review of offers and contracts
- Creation of supplier inquiries in cooperation with the purchasing department
- Preparation of presentations and support during customer workshops
- Support in commercial and technical feasibility assessments
- Documentation, filing, and maintenance of documents
- Preparation of appointments, trade fairs, and sales exhibitions
- Support in the preparation of Management Board reporting
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector (e.g., Industriekaufmann/-frau) or a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in the field of business or technology
- Very well suited for career starters
- Basic technical understanding desirable
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP-Systemen desirable
- Good business administration knowledge
- Very good language skills in English
- High service and customer orientation
- Structured, careful, and analytical way of working
- High willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel
