Visa Manager

Manage and oversee the visa processing and issuance department.

Handle visa applications for Schengen countries, the UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, African countries, Far East countries, Brazil, and other non-Schengen destinations.

Ensure all visa applications are processed accurately and within the required timelines.

Review and verify visa documents and application requirements.

Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.

Follow up on visa applications and resolve any issues or delays.

Provide guidance and support to clients regarding visa requirements and procedures.

Ensure compliance with visa regulations and company policies.

Manage the visa team and monitor their performance.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of visa applications and their status.

Minimum 10 years of experience in visa processing and issuance.

Strong experience handling visas for Schengen countries, the UK, USA, Saudi Arabia, African countries, Far East countries, Brazil, and other non-Schengen destinations.

Very good command of the English language.

Strong knowledge of visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage a team and coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers.

Ability to handle clients’ requirements efficiently and professionally.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on visa applications.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
