Senior Tour Operator

Manage and coordinate daily tourism operations and tour arrangements.

Plan and organize tour itineraries according to clients’ requirements.

Handle hotel, transportation, tour guide, and other supplier bookings.

Coordinate with suppliers and ensure all services are confirmed and delivered as planned.

Follow up on reservations, confirmations, and amendments.

Handle operational issues and provide quick and effective solutions.

Ensure the smooth operation of tours from booking to completion.

Communicate with clients and suppliers professionally.

Negotiate with suppliers when required to ensure the best service and rates.

Monitor all operational details and ensure accuracy.

Support junior team members and assist them with operational issues.

7–10 years of proven experience in Tourism Operations or as a Tour Operator.

Strong knowledge of tourism operations and travel arrangements.

Excellent knowledge of tour planning and itinerary preparation.

Experience dealing with hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and suppliers.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
