Ensure timely and high-quality transportation services.

Monitor vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance.

Handle operational issues and customer complaints.

Coordinate with drivers, operations, and maintenance teams.

Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Previous experience in limousine, transportation, or fleet operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage drivers and daily operations.

Good knowledge of routes and transportation operations.

Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations.

Good command of English.
