Wholesale Banking Business Analyst

Essential:

• Minimum 6+ years of business analysis experience in financial and banking industry is required
• Must have hands-on Wholesale Banking domain experience with products such as customer onboarding & servicing and data management as a Functional Business Analyst (at least 2+ years) - Must
• Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Experienced in change management and project management fundamentals.
• Strong team player with leadership skills, able to drive collaboration andresolve complex issues.
• Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to work throughambiguity and deliver under pressure.
• Confident presenter, able to explain complex topics clearly andeffectively.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit, review, and validatebusiness requirements.
• Perform impact assessments and analyze the "to-be" business andoperational processes based on agreed requirements.
• Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements aligned withbusiness objectives.
• Monitor and manage risks / issues related to requirements and scope creep.
• Perform impact assessments and estimations for project change requests.

Functional Design & Solution Alignment

• Transition requirements to System Analysts, ensuring clarity andcompleteness.
• Maintain traceability of functional specification to businessrequirements.
