Procurement Project Manager (contract)

This is a contract role ending on 31 March 2027. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including planning, sourcing, evaluation and approval. Ensure procurement activities comply with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines, including IM8 and GeBIZ requirements. Prepare, review and maintain procurement documentation, including RFQs, Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports. Track procurement progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management. Work closely with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery. Support other procurement-related activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements At least 4 years of experience managing the full procurement lifecycle, from planning and sourcing through to evaluation and award. Preferably familiar with Government procurement policies, processes and guidelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good documentation and minute-taking abilities. Detail-oriented, organised and able to follow through on tasks to completion. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
