What We’re Looking For:

English Proficiency (mandatory B2+) 🗣️: You’ll collaborate with international teams, so strong written and spoken English is essential.

Software Engineering Fundamentals 📐: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, software design, and general engineering principles.

Backend Expertise 💻:

Hands-on experience with backend technologies.

Understanding of API design, databases, and backend architecture.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and software development best practices.

Understanding of performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Ability to write clean, reliable, and testable code.

Project Management Knowledge 📋:

Understanding of software development lifecycle and project delivery processes.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to break down requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Comfortable estimating work, tracking progress, and communicating blockers.

Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and other engineers.

Problem-Solving 🧩: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

Communication & Ownership 🤝: Proactive approach, willingness to take ownership, and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
