Energy Product Telemarketing Representatives

Optimal, on behalf of a large company providing integrated energy services, is looking for Energy Product Telemarketing Representatives.
This is a full-time and part-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours, aiming for customer base development and the promotion of the company's products and services.
What you will do:
- You will communicate with existing and potential customers and present the company's products and services.
- You will explore customer needs and propose appropriate energy solutions.
- You will perform sales and contract renewals, leveraging available commercial offers.
- You will inform customers about available programs, offers, and the benefits of the services.
What we want from you:
- Desirable previous experience in telesales.
- Very good computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and Internet browsers.
- Good knowledge and use of CRM systems.
- Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability for active listening and substantial understanding of customer needs.
- Goal and results orientation.
- Professionalism, positive attitude, and a customer-centric approach.
