Collection Specialist - Energy Sector
Optimal, on behalf of a client, is looking for Collection Specialists for a debt management project in the energy sector.
The role involves telephone communication with customers for the management of overdue debts in the energy sector, aiming to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and achieve sustainable settlements. No previous professional experience is required, as comprehensive training and continuous support are provided, so that new collaborators can integrate smoothly into the role and develop the necessary skills for effective customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily telephone communication with customers regarding overdue debts.
- Investigating the needs and repayment capacity of each customer.
- Proposing appropriate solutions and settlements in accordance with company policies.
- Providing excellent service with professionalism, consistency, and a customer-centric approach.
- Entering and updating data in the customer management system (CRM).
- Achieving qualitative and quantitative targets according to company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- University or Technical College degree will be considered an additional asset.
- Excellent knowledge of computer operation and MS Office programs (Word & Excel).
- Familiarity with CRM systems will be appreciated.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
