Group Methods & Industrialization Manager (TUNISIA) (M/F)

We support our clients with strategic recruitments (Directors, Project Managers, Technical Experts) as well as operational consulting missions, particularly in the energy, nuclear, mechanical, electronic, and industrial technology sectors.

The position:

Context We are recruiting for an international industrial group specializing in the precision machining of critical mechanical components. The group has several industrial sites in Europe, Maghreb, and Asia.

Missions Your objective: accelerate and secure the industrialization of new products on a group-wide scale.

• Drive the Methods & Industrialization strategy for the sites.
• Drive the creation and optimization of manufacturing ranges.
• Supervise the industrialization of new references, from planning to series production.
• Reduce Time-to-Market and improve the quality of industrializations.
• Define and deploy common Methods standards across the different sites.
• Manage and develop the skills of the Methods teams.
• Provide technical expertise on complex industrializations and machining.

Profile sought:

• Solid experience in Methods / Industrialization in precision machining.
• Strong technical expertise: ranges, machining strategies, cutting conditions, choice of processes and tooling.
• Experience in the launch and industrialization of new products.
• Experience in managing technical teams.
• Professional English.

Location Position based mainly in Tunisia, with regular travel to the group's other sites.
