About the Role

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for bringing new commercial solutions to market whilst maintaining our existing portfolio. Our department manages partner platform integrations, client documentation, and automated data exchange systems.

This is an entry-level position designed as a direct launchpad. You will build a strong foundation in our sector under the direct mentorship of senior peers, preparing you for clear progression into a fully autonomous technical specialist.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Solution Delivery: Act as part of a fast-paced team responsible for delivering new commercial solutions to market and maintaining our existing portfolio.
  • Integration & Systems Management: Assist in managing partner platform integrations, client documentation, and automated data exchange systems.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Gain hands-on exposure to our solutions, specialised enterprise software platforms, and validation testing in many forms. You will play a key role in ensuring our output is highly accurate and fully compliant with regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Learn & Grow: Build a deep understanding of team processes, carrying out day-to-day data and administrative tasks under the structured guidance of experienced analysts.
  • Problem Solve: Learn to identify, analyse, and escalate complex operational issues to leadership rather than trying to resolve them independently.
  • Project Support: Contribute to wider, ad hoc business and operational projects as directed by management.

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need a background in our industry to succeed here;

  • A keenness to Learn: A strong drive to develop new skills and focus on self-improvement.
  • Communication Skills: A willingness to communicate clearly and professionally via both phone and email.
  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with—or a strong willingness to learn—Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Team Spirit: A natural team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Attention to Detail: A developing eye for accuracy and a positive attitude toward embracing new workflows.

Prior office, corporate, or customer service experience is useful, but not required

What’s in it for You?

  • Excellent Benefits Package: Highly competitive corporate benefits (detailed during the interview stage).
  • Comprehensive Training: A fully structured induction program with ongoing, daily mentorship.
  • Clear Career Path: Structured progression milestones to move up to Analyst level and beyond.
  • Great Culture: Join a supportive, welcoming, and forward-thinking team environment.
