Operations & Installation Manager Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Travel: No regular travel required An exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a key operational leadership role. We are looking for an experienced Operations & Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of installation planning, project coordination, stock, warehouse operations, ordering, deliveries and health & safety , ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard. The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on operational performance, team productivity and customer satisfaction .
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage installation teams and contractors. Plan installation schedules, workloads and resources. Coordinate projects from order through to installation and completion. Manage stock, warehouse operations and deliveries. Place and monitor supplier orders. Coordinate deliveries with installation schedules. Manage snagging and remedial works. Ensure health & safety standards are maintained. Identify and resolve operational issues. Work closely with surveyors, installers, suppliers and customers. Drive improvements in processes, performance and efficiency. About You You'll ideally have: Experience managing installation teams or contractors. Knowledge of windows, doors, glazing and installation processes . Experience with stock, warehouse and delivery management. Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of health & safety. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach. Confidence to take ownership and make decisions. Good IT and scheduling/administration skills.
