As an IT System Administrator / Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), you are part of the Optima Group. Whether Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, or HR - together we act as the headquarters for our four business areas and actively shape the strategic and operative orientation of the corporate group.

• Your area of responsibility includes the support and continuous development of the CAD infrastructure.
• To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for our designers, you guarantee the stable operation of server operating systems, databases, and relevant interfaces. In doing so, you benefit from your sound backend knowledge as well as your experience with PLM systems.
• You independently identify potential for optimization within the system landscape and implement these in a targeted manner.
• You ensure the security and availability of applications with high reliability. This includes the regular review of security-relevant measures as well as the execution of updates and system upgrades.
• As a competent contact person, you support colleagues in PLM administration at home and abroad with technical and professional questions.
• Additionally, you take over the coordination and management of external service providers and ensure smooth cooperation.
• As a basis, you bring either a degree in Informatik or alternatively comparable training as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d).
• You have a solid understanding of system structures and continuously develop this knowledge with a high standard of quality.
• Furthermore, you have already gained initial practical experience with PLM software – preferably in the electrotechnical environment with E3 from Zuken as well as in the mechanical area with PTC-Windchill and PTC-Direct Modeling.
• You also use your good English skills confidently and enjoy using them in your daily work.
