As Group Leader of Technical Documentation (m/f/d), you will be part of Optima Pharma. In this role, you will contribute to the development and manufacture of intelligent turnkey filling solutions, including isolators and freeze dryers, for the pharma and biotech industries. Future-oriented, sustainable, and flexible.

• As Group Leader (m/f/d), you will lead and develop your team and assume both technical and disciplinary responsibility.
• The further development and standardization of workflows and documentation processes is part of your area of responsibility, as is the optimization of the cross-site document portfolio.
• You will drive the automation of tools for document creation as well as the targeted use of pioneering technologies to create innovative solutions and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• During the quotation phase, you will contribute your expertise by checking the feasibility of customer-specific documentation requirements and coordinating closely with the relevant interfaces.
• At the start of a project, you will coordinate internally and with customers and act as the technical contact person during implementation.

You have a successfully completed university degree in technical, scientific, or comparable fields or an equivalent qualification. You combine several years of experience in the field of qualification or documentation, ideally in special machine construction or the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of the methodology of technical and design documentation in a GMP environment and according to EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Ideally, you already possess leadership experience and strong social, conceptual, and methodical competencies. You are open to new technologies and are interested in actively integrating the possibilities of AI and digitalization into our existing structures and processes. Personally, you are characterized by your persuasiveness and solution orientation, and you round off your profile with confident written and spoken English skills.
