As Group Leader Software Robotics (m/f/d), you will be part of Optima Pharma. In this role, you will participate in the development and manufacture of intelligent turnkey filling solutions, including isolators and freeze dryers, for the pharma and biotech industries. Future-oriented, sustainable, and flexible.

• You will assume technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of automation engineers, who are responsible for the programming of the robotics and mover systems on multiuse machines.
• You will analyze existing processes within the specialist department and in cross-departmental cooperation and implement optimizations.
• Together with your team, you will take on the further development of our cross-platform software standard and ensure the integration of these development results into our pharmaceutical plants.
• You will support and coordinate your team during project implementation up to commissioning.
• In cross-departmental interface work, you will work closely with other specialist departments to generate the best solutions for our customers.
• You have a completed university degree in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or a comparable qualification.
• You enjoy applying your existing leadership experience to lead your team efficiently and purposefully.
• You already bring several years of programming experience and very good knowledge in the areas of SPS and Motion Control, ideally on systems from Rockwell and Siemens.
• A passion for technology and teamwork, as well as your strong social, conceptual, and methodical competence, characterize you.
• Proficient English skills and a willingness to travel occasionally round off your profile.
