As Group Leader Service Automation (m/f/d), you will be part of Optima Pharma. In this role, you will contribute to the development and manufacture of intelligent turnkey filling solutions, including isolators and freeze dryers, for the pharma and biotech industries. Future-oriented, sustainable, and flexible.

• You will lead a team of automation and digitalization experts (m/f/d) both technically and disciplinarily and specifically develop the competencies of your employees.
• Together with internal interfaces and international branches, you will standardize and optimize processes for the efficient execution of service and modernization projects.
• You are responsible for the retrofitting and expansion of existing plants with digitalization and automation solutions - including PLC programming, motion configuration, and HMI integration.
• You will coordinate the commissioning of the systems and ensure smooth implementation through close coordination with support, software development, and project management.
• As a technical contact person, you will handle customer clarifications, support the service organization with complex issues, and drive the further development of service automation standards.
• You have a completed university degree in the fields of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of leadership experience and are proficient in PLC, motion, and HMI programming on Rockwell/Allen-Bradley and Siemens TIA Portal systems.
• You have experience in automation and retrofit projects, the commissioning of industrial plants, and industrial communication.
• Interdisciplinary thinking, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, and a confident manner in technical customer contact characterize you.
