As Head of Process Technology (m/f/d), you will be part of Optima Pharma. In this role, you will contribute to the development and manufacture of intelligent turnkey filling solutions, including isolators and freeze dryers, for the pharma and biotech industries. Future-oriented, sustainable, and flexible.

• You will lead the Process Technology department both technically and disciplinarily and develop your team in accordance with technological and regulatory requirements.
• You will standardize and optimize sterile production processes, identify and resolve technical deviations, and ensure efficient, stable processes in complex process engineering plants.
• You are responsible for the monitoring and further development of critical process parameters in aseptic areas - including cleanroom technology, process control, and qualified plant performance - and maintain an overview of ongoing projects.
• You possess extensive experience in demanding sterile process chains and apply this expertise, particularly in the development of stable cycles, technical qualification, and the support of complex commissioning.
• Together with your team, you will shape the cross-site technology and product roadmap and ensure the future-oriented development of processes and systems in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers.

You have a successfully completed university degree in the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, engineering, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring several years of leadership experience and strong social, conceptual, and methodical competencies. Several years of experience in project business with knowledge of relevant technologies and industry standards complement your profile. Your ability to identify process improvements and to develop and implement effective solutions for complex technical challenges distinguishes you. Proficient English skills in speaking and writing and a willingness to undertake occasional business trips round off your profile.
