About the company

The company OPTICUS DOO Beograd is announcing a competition for the recruitment of candidates for the position of operator in the production of dioptric lenses (glasses).

Your tasks

• Organizing and implementing the production process in accordance with established technological procedures.
• Monitoring stocks and timely proposing the procurement of raw materials and materials needed for the production of dioptric lenses.
• Precise manufacturing of dioptric lenses using appropriate technological procedures.
• Detailed quality control of finished products and identification of any defects.
• Participation in regular and preventive maintenance of production equipment and machines.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of production machines and the workspace.
• Compliance with prescribed procedures, safety measures, and the use of protective equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum completed secondary vocational education, preferably of a technical orientation.
• Desirable work experience in production, especially on CNC machines.
• Expressed precision, responsibility, and commitment to performing quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and good vision, with the ability to perform tasks that require a high level of precision.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of the English language.
• Readiness to work in accordance with established rules, procedures, and technological processes.
• Developed teamwork skills.
