Law Intern | Opportunity Auster Capital

Auster Capital has open applications for its internship program, aimed at Law students who wish to begin their trajectory in the alternative investments and private equity ecosystem.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Assist in the corporate demands of the invested companies, supporting the preparation, organization, and monitoring of corporate documents.
• Provide support for activities related to the manager's corporate structure, including maintenance of records and monitoring of corporate obligations.
• Review contracts and legal documents, identifying points of attention and supporting the preparation of drafts and contractual amendments.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, assisting in due diligence, document organization, preparation of materials, and monitoring the stages of operations.
• Support the constitution of investment funds, as well as the monitoring of their corporate and regulatory events, together with internal areas and service providers.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research to support analyses and decision-making.
• Organize documents, control deadlines, and provide support for other demands of the legal department.

Requirements and qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Law from the 5th semester onwards.
• Availability to intern 6 hours per day.
• Interest in Direito Societário, Mercado de Capitais, Fundos de Investimento, and M&A operations.
• Intermediate knowledge of Pacote Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English
