Sales Supervisor (Senbellawein)

Management of sales promoters team within the area, ensuring compliance with internal policies

Performance development through overcoming challenges and applying impactful thinking

Responsibility for product promotions, distribution, stock availability, and pricing control in the market and across stores

Set creative approaches for selling OPPO devices, especially new launches

Follow up on sales promoters’ hiring, training, daily activities, and weekly/monthly reporting

Build strong relationships and maintain smooth communication with customers after sales to handle inquiries and issues

Support the achievement of growth targets for both existing and new devices

Bachelor degree is a must.

1-3 years experience in sales.

Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office.

High flexibility & adaptability.

Resident of Senbellawein or nearby location within Daqahliya governorate.
