Finance Manager

Manage and oversee the company’s finance and accounting operations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax, accounting, and financial regulations.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.

Develop and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Lead and develop the Finance team and ensure effective performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

15+ years of relevant experience , preferably in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Experience with ERP systems experience is highly preferred .

Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent command of English ; Chinese language is an advantage.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
