Your Tasks

IT Focus

• Support and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
• Support in the administration of hardware and software
• Collaboration in the support and optimization of the ERP-System
• Research and finding solutions via manufacturer portals, specialist forums, and online documentation
• Support in error analysis as well as implementation of technical solutions
• Cooperation with external IT service providers and prospective takeover of further IT tasks

Commercial Tasks

• Creation of offers and invoices
• Support in order processing and documentation
• Contact person between the workshop and customers
• General organizational and administrative activities
• Maintenance of customer and order data in the ERP-System

Your Profile

• Completed training as IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or a comparable IT training
• Good knowledge in handling Windows systems as well as hardware and software
• Interest in ERP-Systems and the continuous optimization of IT processes
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, especially for understanding technical documentation and international specialist information
• Commercial understanding as well as interest in administrative tasks
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers and colleagues
