Sales Advisor - Base Salary + Commissions

WE NEED:

• Man or Woman
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (desirable in the fitness/gym equipment sector).
• Excellent presentation, good communication, and negotiation skills.
• Education: Incomplete Bachelor's degree (final semesters). Preferably completed. Marketing, Business, Administration, Communication, Physical Culture and Sport, Nutrition, etc.
• Driver's license.
• English level: Basic
• Availability to travel.
• With active exercise practice using GYM equipment.
• Experience using Office software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sale of equipment, accessories, and services.
• Bring potential clients to the company; identify and prospect potential clients in the field, via telephone calls, cold prospecting, etc.
• Schedule and conduct commercial visits to offices, gyms, hotels, clubs, etc.
• Detect needs and offer equipment solutions appropriate to the client's needs.
• Prepare quotes, register opportunities, and manage the sales cycle.
• Provide post-sales follow-up and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Report progress weekly and meet monthly sales objectives.
• Preparation and control of their follow-up reports, sales, travel expenses, etc.
