Associate Implementation Consultant (Support Team)

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Opportunity to participate in the implementation of projects at top banks in Vietnam
  • Receive training on technology and business processes related to the Payment sector
  • Perform daily customer support tasks for assigned clients within the scope of warranty/maintenance contracts
  • Responsible for assisting customers in system compliance upgrade projects
  • Support clients in periodic compliance testing with international card organizations
  • Participate in implementation projects for clients and complete assigned tasks according to each project
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products, integrations, applications, and services, as well as those of competitors
  • Install and configure OpenWay software at customer sites; provide on-site training; perform troubleshooting and bug fixes
  • Be part of a project team responsible for all project management and technical issues
  • Monitor technical issues and conduct troubleshooting
  • Ensure adherence to troubleshooting procedures and protocols
  • Address customer inquiries related to the service system

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Computer Science, Engineering or IT related field
  • 0-2 years of experience within FinTech, Software Engineer and IT related businesses
  • Possess knowledge of Java, JavaScript and PL/SQL
  • Highly goal driven and worked well in fast paced environments
  • Pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
