Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and applications. Modify workflows, forms, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes. Develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Perform JavaScript/Glide API development and troubleshooting. Support product enhancements, upgrades, defect fixes, testing, and deployments. Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Requirements Hands-on ServiceNow development and customization experience. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog. Experience with ITSM/ITOM/CSM/HRSD/SecOps is advantageous. ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification is preferred.
