Tesla Damage Specialist

For our Tesla Approved Bodyshop, we are looking for a Tesla Damage Specialist. A unique position in which vehicle damage repair, diagnosis, electronics, and modern vehicle technology come together. You will work with the latest tools, innovative repair methods, and follow official training from, among others, Tesla.

What you will do
As a Tesla Damage Specialist, you will work in a modern and specially equipped workshop where you are responsible for the technical repair of Teslas.
Your responsibilities include: Repairing complex damage to Teslas
Removing and installing sheet metal, bodywork, interior, and chassis parts
Reading out and resolving faults using modern diagnostic equipment
Installing, testing, and programming vehicle systems and components
Working according to factory specifications and the high quality standards of Tesla
Performing checks to ensure that vehicles can safely return to the road
You will work with digital work orders on a tablet and make use of the latest equipment and repair techniques.

Who you are You are a technical specialist who loves to keep learning and gets enthusiastic about new developments within the automotive sector.
What you bring: A completed education in damage or automotive technology
A few years of relevant work experience within the automotive or vehicle damage repair sector
Affinity with electric vehicles and modern vehicle technology
Interest in diagnosis, electronics, and complex technical systems
An independent, accurate, and structured way of working
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of the English language
Do you already have experience with aluminum repair or EV technology? Then that is a plus. Do you not have that experience yet, but want to develop yourself in it? Then we will provide the right training and guidance.
Where you will work You will start working at the Tesla Approved Bodyshop of Oostendorp Autoschade in Oss. A modern damage repair location where innovation, craftsmanship, and quality are central. Together with a team of specialists, you will work daily on the latest vehicles and repair techniques. You will get the opportunity to further develop yourself through official training from, among others, Tesla and stay continuously informed about the latest developments within electric driving.
