Your tasks

🌟 WHAT DOES AN ABA PARA DO?**** As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child to help develop important skills, encourage independence, and support their individual goals.

🧩 Your responsibilities may include:****

• Supporting communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
• Using play-based activities to make learning engaging.
• Following an individualized treatment plan under BCBA guidance.
• Tracking progress and recording session data and notes.
• Celebrating milestones and encouraging continued growth.

Requirements

✔️ Patient, caring, and reliable individuals ✔️ People who enjoy working with children ✔️ Strong communicators who are willing to learn ✔️ Candidates passionate about helping children succeed

ABA experience or RBT certification is preferred, but the right candidate may have the opportunity to receive training and guidance.

What we offer
