We are looking for a reliable and experienced Spanish-speaking ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 9-year-old boy in Warwick, NY .

📍 Position Details

👦 Client: 9-year-old boy

🏠 Setting: In-home services

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30–5:30 PM

📍 Location: Warwick, NY

💰 Pay: $25–$30 per hour

🧩 Services: In-home ABA support

⚠️ Important

The client may display aggressive and challenging behaviors , so candidates must be comfortable managing these behaviors and able to remain calm, patient, and consistent while providing one-on-one support.

✅ Requirements

🎓 High school diploma or equivalent

🇪🇸 Spanish-speaking

👧👦 Experience working with children

🧩 Experience with children on the autism spectrum or challenging behaviors preferred

💪 Comfortable working with aggressive behaviors

🤝 Reliable, patient, and responsible

❤️ Caring and comfortable providing one-on-one support

🏡 Comfortable working in a home environment
