JOB DESCRIPTION :

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are looking for a sharp and dedicated Billing Specialist to ensure our claims are submitted accurately and our revenue cycle stays healthy. Your precision directly supports the clinical mission — every clean claim you submit keeps our services running.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare and submit accurate insurance claims for services rendered

Confirm BCBA credentialing on all authorizations prior to claim submission

Review claim denials and resubmit with appropriate corrections and documentation

Reconcile billing records daily and maintain accurate claim status tracking

Communicate with payers to resolve outstanding claim issues

SKILLS :

Experience submitting insurance claims in a healthcare or ABA setting

Knowledge of payer-specific billing requirements and CPT codes

Experience working denials and resubmissions with measurable recovery rates

Proficiency in billing platforms such as Tebra, Rethink, or CentralReach

Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure
