Assistant Property Manager

Our client, an established real estate investment firm with a sizeable portfolio of retail and commercial properties, is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Singapore.

As part of a close-knit property management team, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the full tenant lifecycle, including tenant handovers, tenant improvement, reinstatement works and day-to-day tenancy matters. The role will also involve working closely with internal stakeholders, tenants and contractors to ensure smooth property operations and compliance with relevant regulations.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with cohesive team members and leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in property or tenancy within the retail or commercial property sector
• Prior experience managing tenant handovers, tenant improvement/ fit-out coordination and reinstatement works.
• Hands-on and organised, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
