Finance Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Monthly financial statements accurately and on time
• Manage daily finance and accounting
• Handle payroll, PPh 21, dan BPJS
• Handle account reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing
• Monitor company cash flow, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants when required
• Improve finance SOPs, internal controls, and reporting processes
• Support management with financial analysis and business insights
• Handle General Ledger dan Trial Balance
• Susun laporan konsolidasi lintas entitas
• Proses Reimbursement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree di Accounting, Finance, atau related field
• Strong understanding in Indonesian accounting standards
• Experienced in preparing financial statements independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong sense of ownership
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
