Requirements – Sales Decoration

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, event decoration, event management, wedding planning, or a related industry.
• Strong administrative skills, including preparing quotations, proposals, sales reports, and client documentation.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Basic English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Able to understand client needs and recommend suitable decoration concepts based on their preferences and budget.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and target-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Experience handling corporate clients, weddings, private events, or other event-related projects is a plus.
