Requirements

Requirements – Bartender (ONNI)

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry.
2. Proficient in preparing cocktails, mocktails, espresso-based drinks, and other coffee beverages.
3. Knowledgeable in mixology, beverage recipes, presentation, and drink consistency.
4. Familiar with bar operations, opening and closing procedures, and equipment maintenance.
5. Experienced in stock checking, inventory recording, and waste control.
6. Good understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
7. Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team.
8. Able to operate POS systems and handle cash and cashless payments accurately.
9. Well-groomed, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
10. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
