KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that cover basic academic skills (e.g., reading, writing, numbers, shapes, science). Teach and encourage fundamental social and emotional skills, such as cooperation, communication, conflict resolution, and empathy. Observe and assess student progress, behavior, and social development, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs and learning styles. Create a positive and organized classroom environment that encourages curiosity, play-based learning, and a love for discovery. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, address concerns, and foster a collaborative partnership. Ensure the physical and emotional safety of students, implementing safety protocols and promoting healthy habits. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress and participate in professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements: 2 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN TEACHING 2 FEMALES
