A group of companies is urgently looking for an international lawyer to support large-scale international activities and provide complex resolution of legal cases.

Main points about the role: A position in a stable group of companies expanding into international markets (EU, UK, Turkey, UAE). The work involves full legal support of contracts and interaction with foreign banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation, detailed analysis, and support of international agreements.

• Operational interaction with international banks and financial institutions.

• Formation and verification of invoices, legal support of payment documents.

• Consulting internal teams on legal issues regarding international activities.

• Effective management of client cases.

Candidate requirements:

• Education and experience: higher legal education; 3+ years of experience in the field of international law (EU, UK, Turkey, UAE).

• Expertise: deep experience working with international agreements and banking institutions.

• Languages: fluency in English (proficiency in other languages will be a significant advantage).

• Soft Skills: high attention to detail, developed analytical thinking, teamwork.

• Will be a plus: practical experience in obtaining fintech, crypto, or gaming licenses.
