Assistant Executive cum Supervisor (Burial Operations)

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to supervise and coordinate daily cemetery burial operations at Choa Chu Kang. The successful candidate will oversee traditional soil and crypt burials, manage ground staff and ensure safe, efficient and dignified burial services. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily burial operations, including soil and crypt burials. Oversee ground staff to ensure safe and efficient work practices. Plan and coordinate manpower, machinery and equipment deployment. Supervise burial plot preparation and restoration works. Liaise with relevant authorities, contractors and bereaved families. Monitor work progress, resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Conduct site inspections and maintain operational standards. Maintain accurate daily records, reports and documentation. Assist management in improving operational efficiency and service standards. Requirements Prior experience in cemetery, burial, funeral or related operations is advantageous. Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred. Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Able to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations effectively. Responsible, organized and able to work independently or in a team. Comfortable working outdoors in a cemetery environment. Able to handle basic administrative tasks and documentation. Willing to work weekends and public holidays. Compassionate, respectful and professional when dealing with bereaved families.
