DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing O&O IT strategies that align with business goals.
- Managing the IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems.
- Evaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring the security of data and information assets.
- Setting budgets and controlling IT costs.
- Collaborating with other executives to integrate technology solutions across departments.
- Ensuring Cybersecurity and Compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
- OS & Software: Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
- Autodesk software knowledge
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, basic firewall troubleshooting.
- Good troubleshooting, problem solving skills
- Excellent Communication and documentation skills
- Responsible, resourceful and capable of performing with minimal supervision
- Service oriented
