Architectural Designer/BIM Modeller
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare architectural designs, drawings, documentation, and specifications in compliance with applicable building codes, authority requirements, project standards, and client expectations. Implement and manage digital design delivery using BIM software, tools, and workflows. Develop design concepts and carry projects through all stages, from conceptualization to completion, while ensuring adherence to project timelines and deadlines. Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders on all project-related matters. Lead and contribute strategically to project planning, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Manage and administer project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements. Coordinate project activities to ensure smooth execution, timely progress, and successful project delivery. Oversee contract implementation, site supervision, and construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to design intent, specifications, and quality standards. Review and resolve design, technical, and construction-related issues throughout the project lifecycle. Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently. JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE) A recognized Degree in Architecture Preferably 1-5 years of relevant architectural experience in Singapore Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices Flair in design; able to sketch fast using digital tools and produce good design concepts At least 1-year BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of Revit Architecture Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmers is preferred; Other BIM related software, plug-in, add-on, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) or visual programming would be an advantage
