Work closely with developers throughout the product development process

Assist developers in the design and clarification of small tasks and features

Redesign existing products and contribute to the design of new product features and services

Conduct user research to understand user needs and translate insights into design decisions

Apply user-centered design principles in all design solutions

Demonstrate strong product thinking and problem-solving skills when approaching design challenges

Contribute to building and maintaining design systems and component libraries

Create responsive and mobile-first designs

Be ready to dive deeply into the essence of our products and services to deliver effective UX solutions

2+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design

Excellent knowledge of Figma

Strong understanding of UX processes and UI principles

Experience conducting UX research and translating findings into design decisions

Understanding of design systems and reusable components

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good knowledge of English

Commitment to continuous learning and self-development

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS layout construction is a plus
