Tech Architect

Job Description :

• Define and design end-to-end technology architecture for a scalable, secure, and high-availability financial platform.
• Translate business and product requirements into robust system architecture and technical solutions.
• Design and review microservices, APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Establish architecture standards, technical guidelines, and best practices across engineering teams.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to drive technical decisions.
• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for system optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams.

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, System Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing scalable, distributed, and high-availability systems.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, API architecture, database design, system integration, and cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP, containerization, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience in fintech, payment, banking, trading, crypto, exchange, brokerage, or other financial technology environments is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of system security, observability, performance, and disaster recovery.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working as a hands-on architect who can engage deeply with engineering teams and technical implementation.
