Job Title Data analyst M/F Your mission
As part of its digital transformation, Onet Airport Services is creating its Data Hub, with the ambition to structure data governance, develop innovative decision-making solutions, and support operational departments in improving their performance. As such, this Data Analyst position is a new creation and constitutes a unique opportunity to participate from the very beginning in the construction of this Data ecosystem. You will contribute to defining the methods, tools, standards, and best practices that will accompany the development of the Data Hub within the company. As a true actor in this strategic approach, you will work closely with business teams, site managers, IT, and the national DSI in order to make data a major lever for steering and operational performance.
Your missions: As part of the development of our Business Intelligence and Data environment, you will be required to: Data collection and structuring Centralize and consolidate data from the various activities deployed on airport platforms. Collect, control, clean, and structure business data to guarantee its quality and usability. Design and maintain data repositories. Develop data models adapted to user needs. Data & BI Development Participate in the creation and feeding of a centralized Data Lake using Python. Design, develop, and maintain data integration and transformation pipelines (ETL). Be proactive in proposing best practices and new Data development methods. Data analysis and enhancement Understand the challenges and needs of operational teams in order to build relevant analyses. Define key performance indicators (KPI) that meet business expectations. Design dashboards and decision-making support tools using Power BI, Qlik Sense, or equivalent solutions. Communicate results and recommendations to business teams and Management. Support and continuous improvement Support users in the adoption and validation of developed tools. Participate in the functional and technical acceptance testing phases of BI solutions. Become the functional and technical expert on reporting tools. Document implemented solutions and maintain the data dictionary. Ensure permanent monitoring of Data and Business Intelligence technologies.
Your assets
You are a graduate of an engineering school or hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, data, or business intelligence. A good level of professional English is required. You master the SQL language as well as at least one Data Visualisation tool such as Power BI, Qlik Sense/QlikView, or Tableau. You also possess good knowledge of Python for the manipulation, analysis, and automation of data processing. You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position (excluding internships and apprenticeships). You are comfortable in managing Data projects, from needs analysis to the implementation of solutions. You know how to transform complex data into indicators and analyses understandable for operational teams and decision-makers. Organized, rigorous, and autonomous, you are capable of managing several subjects simultaneously while guaranteeing the quality and reliability of deliverables. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate curiosity, listening skills, and proactivity. You enjoy teamwork and know how to position yourself as a true partner to the business units. Results and performance-oriented, you have a strong Business Intelligence culture and are able to formulate relevant recommendations that meet operational challenges. Knowledge of the airport sector, complex operational environments, or service activities will be appreciated.
