Food & Beverage Executive

Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant. Manage and train F&B staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service. Maintain quality standards for food, beverage, and service. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive F&B revenue. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally. Requirements: Proven experience as an F&B Executive or similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently deliver high-demand results. Strong mentality, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling challenging situations and demanding operational requirements. Knowledge of food, beverages, and F&B operational best practices, especially in Indonesian cuisine. Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
