Responsibilities
- Manage routine estate inspections, building services, facilities, and service providers.
- Attend to breakdowns, enquiries, and residents’ feedback.
- Manage contracts, insurance, certificates, and licences, including timely renewals.
- Coordinate Council Meetings and AGMs and maintain proper records and correspondence.
- Manage billing, payments, arrears recovery, and liaison with solicitors where required.
- Prepare Management and Sinking Fund budgets.
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing and liaise with service providers on billing matters.
- Issue e-invoices or paper billing.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Property Management or a related field.
- Relevant property management experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of smart estate applications and digital payment platforms preferred.
