Accounts Executive – Financial Lines

Location: Singapore

We are a leading insurance broking firm seeking a motivated and client-focused Accounts Executive, Financial Lines To support the servicing and placement of financial and professional liability insurance programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the placement and renewal of Financial Lines insurance, including:

• Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability
• Professional Indemnity (PI)
• Cyber Insurance
• Crime Insurance
• Employment Practices Liability (EPL)

• Prepare quotations, policy documentation, endorsements, and renewal reports.
• Liaise with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders on policy administration matters.
• Support account managers in managing client portfolios and delivering quality service.
• Monitor renewals and ensure timely policy issuance and documentation.
• Assist in claims notification and follow-up where required.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or insurance operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Financial Lines insurance products would be an advantage as will be handing Financial Lines insurances
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
