MAINTENANCE CREW

Assist wherever extra manpower is needed Support fabrication, assembly, packaging, and painting tasks Help move and organize materials, tools, and finished products Keep work areas clean and orderly Follow instructions and shop safety procedures Perform other production support tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements: No specialized machine-operation skills required Experience in a factory or production environment is helpful but not required Physically able to perform manual work and move materials safely Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn Flexible and willing to assist in different production areas Interested in stable, long-term work
