ONE80 Health is a chiropractic-led clinic looking for a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join our team.

Requirements

We're seeking someone who values clinical reasoning, comprehensive assessment, hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation, and who is interested in continuing to develop their skills within a collaborative clinical environment. We are looking for someone who sees this position as an opportunity for long-term clinical and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and in good standing by the start date.
• Successful completion of McMaster University's Contemporary Medical Acupuncture for Health Professionals program is strongly preferred. Graduates of other medical acupuncture programs may be considered individually, based on their training and clinical competency.
• A solid foundation in musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis, manual therapy and active rehabilitation, appropriate to your level of experience.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, intellectual curiosity and openness to constructive feedback.
• Initiative, accountability and a commitment to developing a sustainable clinical practice.
• New graduates and early-career chiropractors are welcome.
• Established chiropractors with an existing patient base who are considering a change of environment are also welcome to apply - this would discuss a different arrangement.

A progressive compensation structure based on a percentage of collected billings, rising from 50 to 80 percent as your practice grows. The pay range shown is per booked treatment hour; monthly income depends on your schedule and volume, and the details are discussed during the recruitment process.

Pay: $125.00-$200.00 per hour
