Your tasks

As the first point of contact for internal IT support, you'll play a key role in helping colleagues get back up and running quickly by resolving technical issues, providing exceptional support, and making a real difference in their day-to-day work.

• Provide premium IT support to http://group.one employees worldwide via E-Mail, Phone, Chat communication.
• Resolve complex technical problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Ticket Monitoring and ticket management in Zendesk
• Participation and ownership of projects.
• Analyse and fix disruptions.
• Documentation of incident solutions and work arounds.
• Troubleshooting (remote and on-site).
• Collaborate with other internal IT colleagues daily.
• Responsible for the rollout of devices.
• Recording the devices in the inventory tool

Knowledge/Experience

• Logical-analytical thinking
• Technical understanding in the area of IT
• Basic understanding of Network Technologies
• Good experiences and knowledge in Windows Client OS Systems
• Basic knowledge in Windows Servers
• Basic knowledge in MAC OS
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of client Hardware (Laptop)
